Code of Federal Regulationsยง 375.603When must I tender a shipment for delivery?You must tender a shipment for delivery for an individual shipper on the agreed delivery date or within the period specified on the bill of lading. Upon the request or concurrence of the individual shipper, you may waive this requirement.
