Code of Federal Regulations§ 375.601Must I transport the shipment in a timely manner?Yes. Transportation in a timely manner is also known as “reasonable dispatch service.” You must provide reasonable dispatch service to all individual shippers, except for transportation on the basis of guaranteed pickup and delivery dates.
