How Do I Charge My Time Spent at EXPO? Each Hanford Prime Contractor may have different policies for attending EXPO during working hours. Managers are encouraged to allow schedule flexibility, where appropriate, so that their staff can benefit from this program. Safety is inherent in each of our responsibilities, so it is appropriate for the cost of this event to be charged to your normal job responsibility. Preparation of presentations and sharing of information is considered an appropriate activity within the scope of the contract, although the commitment of resources requires managerial approval. Your manager can provide the appropriate CACN and Code of Accounts that you should use.
