Mission
The mission of the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) is to enhance Installation and Soldier Readiness and well being by fostering a prevention environment, creating lifestyles that are free of substance abuse, assist in the referral of those who demonstrate possible signs of substance abuse and provide responsive, proactive short-term counseling and rehabilitation services to meet the needs of all installation personnel.
