Visiting Washington, D.C.
White House FAQs
Do:
- Contact our office well in advance of your tour dates. We recommend you notify us at least six months in advance in order to have the best chance of scheduling all of your requested tours.
- Please provide the specific dates of only the full days you will be in D.C. (Some tours are only offered early in the morning or late in the afternoon.)
- Come to a "Meet and Greet" with Senator Mark Udall while you are in D.C. This is an opportunity to meet the Senator, take a photo, and ask him questions. Meet and Greets are held every Wednesday that the Senate is in session from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Contact our office immediately if you have to cancel your trip to D.C., or if you no longer need our assistance to schedule tours.
Do Not:
- Send a tour request to any of our offices via postal mail. Always call our D.C. office or submit a request online.
- Please have consideration for other Coloradans and do not submit the same tour requests to multiple Colorado offices. There are a limited number of tickets available, and it is a strain on everyone's resources if our efforts are duplicative.
