From the All American Expressway use the Reilly Road gate for 24 hour access. After passing through the gate continue on the All American and turn right onto Normandy. Proceed to the next traffic light and turn left onto Reilly Street. Arrive at Womack Army Medical Center.

From Bragg Blvd use the Randolph Gate for 24 hour access. After passing through the gate continue on Randolph Street and turn right onto Knox Street. Turn left at the next light onto Woodruff Street and continue through 2 traffic lights. Turn left onto Reilly Street at the second light. Arrive at Womack Army Medical Center on the right side.
