Acquisition Toolkit

The USDA Acquisition Toolkit provides information and links to websites to assist USDA acquisition personnel execute their procurement function. The Toolkit contains links to a variety of automated tools, databases and websites providing policy, statutory and reference information and guidance.

Contracting and Purchasing e-Tools
Links to websites to obtain information and input data required as part of the acquisition process. Includes, but is not limited to, sites such as the CCR website, FedBizOpps, FPDS-NG, Wage Determinations Online, PPIRS, NIH CPS.

Reference and Regulatory Information
Reference material concerning various aspects of the acquisition process. Includes, but is not limited to small business information, special procurement programs, procurement restrictions and approval requirements, accessibility (Section 508) requirements and links to regulatory information such as the FAR, AGAR, GAO Redbook.

Procurement Systems and websites
Links to the USDA Integrated Acquisition System (IAS), USDA Purchase Card Management System (PCMS) and the GSA E-Buy website and USDA Policy on use of E-Buy.

Ordering Products and Services
Links to guides and information for ordering products and services, and links to websites for ordering online.
