Foreign Currency (Retail Off Exchange)

In January 2010, the Commission proposed rules regarding off-exchange retail forex transactions and provided a 60-day public comment period. (75 Fed. Reg. 3282, Jan. 20, 2010). The comment period closed on March 22, 2010, and the Commission is in the process of drafting final rules.
