Employee Assistance Program

Personal problems are a part of everyday life. The challenges you face each day can lead to stressful feelings. At times, such feelings may overwhelm you. Your home life, your happiness and your performance at work all can suffer. Sometimes you're too close to your problems to be able to step aside and figure out how to fix it. Here's where Employee Assistance Programs can help. CHPRC has two programs available:


CSC Hanford Occupational Health Services

Free confidential counseling. Employees and their family have up to eight free visits per year.  CSC Hanford Occupational Health Services Employee Assistance Program provides assistance with:

Emotional and personal conflicts
Depression
Family and relationship concerns
Drug/alcohol abuse
Relapse prevention
Stress and change management
Compulsive disorders

 

Financial stress
Career concerns
Divorce or separation
Grief
Work performance issues
Parenting

United Behavioral Health Live and Work Well

Free confidential resources for mental health and life's changes 24 hours per day! You may be struggling with stress at work, seeking financial or legal advice, or coping with the death of a loved one. This program offers assistance and support for all these concerns and more:

Depression, anxiety, and stress
Workplace problems or conflicts
Child and elder care

Substance Abuse
Parenting and Family Issues
