Daily Fishing Report

Fishing is reported to be good.  Bass are being caught during the day both early and late on jigs and hardbaits around 5-30 foot deep.

Currently 131 drownings have occurred on Dale Hollow Lake.  Of those fatalities, 0 were wearing life jackets.  Remember a lifejacket is like a seat belt, it only works when you wear it. 

As of 6:00 a.m., the lake elevation for today is 645.25 ft. above sea level and slowly falling.  The surface water temperature is 55 degrees, and at 10 ft is 50 degrees.

Average January Pool Elevation at Dale Hollow Lake is approximately 640 feet above sea level.
