Family Relationships
The first place you learn about building relationships is through your family. Whether you live with your mom, dad, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, or whomever, your family should be a source of love and comfort for you. That doesn’t mean there won’t be conflict, though! Remember: relationships take time and energy to make them healthy. This section will help you learn more about different kinds of relationships within a family.
Learn more about:
- Parents, stepparents, grandparents, and guardians
- Sisters and brothers
- Young caregivers
- Non-traditional families
- Abuse within families
