Listed below are important effective and compliance dates that pertain to intermodal equipment providers. | Date | Description | 6/17/09 | | 12/17/09 | Intermodal equipment providers (IEPs) must comply with the requirements for establishing systematic inspection, repair, and maintenance programs, recordkeeping systems, and for submitting Form MCS-150C. | 12/17/10 | Intermodal equipment providers must comply with the requirement to mark their intermodal chassis with a USDOT identification number. |
