 Chief Master Sergeant Mark S. Rukavina is the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 148th Fighter Wing, Duluth, Minn. As the Command Chief , he reports directly to the Wing Commander on any and all issues affecting the entire enlisted force such as, morale, readiness, retention, promotions, training and recognition. He plays a key role as the liaison for information flow between commanders and enlisted personnel. He ensures the enlisted members understand and implement the commander's policies, organizational goals, and objectives.
