QUICS Eligibility

  1. Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is enrolled in the study.

   - AND if you -

  1. have a clinic visit scheduled with your PCP during the recruitment period
  2. are 50-74 years old
  3. are English speaking
  4. are not currently enrolled in another VA research study
  5. do not have a history of colon polyps
  6. do not have a history of colon cancer
  7. do not have a history of inflammatory bowel disease
  8. have NOT completed:
    1. FOBT (hemoccult) within the last year
    2. flexible sigmoidoscopy within the last five years
    3. colonoscopy within the last ten years
    4. barium enema within the last five years
