SES Leadership Seminar: Driving Results-Oriented Performance Cultures
Overview
Government executives need to achieve mission results amidst fiscal stress, competing priorities, and demands to be innovative and value-added. In this session, you will interact with public and private sector leaders as they describe what it takes (individually and collectively) to create, transform, measure, and sustain corporate and agency cultures that effectively execute on the goals they set. You will have opportunities to build networks for future collaboration with others new to the SES and to share challenges you are facing as you work to achieve your mission.
