Fort Gordon Resource Management

Provide professional resource management support to the Garrison Commander/Directors. Provide manpower support and programming changes. Proactively anticipate resource scenarios by articulating impacts and providing justifiable and defendable course of action. Serve as the Garrison Command's principal staff advisor on all funding and manpower issues.

We provide Resource Management, Manpower and Agreements support for the following organizations under the Garrison Commander: Human Resources (DHR); DMWR; Plans, Traning, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS); Directorate of Emergency Services; Directorate of Public Works and Logistics (DPWL); Directorate of Information Management (DOIM); Installation Legal Office, Public Affairs Office (PAO); Religious Support Office; Equal Employment Opportunity Office (EEO); Internal Review and Audits Compliance (IRAC); Plans, Analysis and Integration (PAI); and other Garrison support offices.

Plans, Analysis and Integration Office

Part of the Garrison management tier, the PAIO is a principal, direct reporting office responsible for a broad range of functions that affect virtually all aspects of installation management.  The core mission of the PAIO is to provide strategic planning, performance management, process management and improvement, quality management and program integration/execution support across all Garrison directorates and installation support staffs for the Garrison Commander.

The Chief of the PAIO conducts these functional responsibilities through two subordinate branches: the Management Analysis Branch and the Planning Integration Branch.

Management Analysis Branch:  (CML 706.791.2386  DSN 780) 

    Near-term cost/performance management of programs and initiatives effecting garrison management.  (Managing the direction)

Planning Integration Branch:  (CML 706.791.3752   DSN 780) 

    Long-term, future-oriented, strategic planning programs and initiatives development conducted on behalf of the garrison.  (Setting the direction)
