Accepting the three-officer commission's report, the U. S. Army Adjutant General established the Air Corps Replacement Center (Pilot) and placed it on the Army List. The same order directed the construction of a Flying Cadet Reception Center [facility designation], authorizing 62 buildings for a cadet capacity of 1,302.
