The Objective of the SCOPE activity is to strengthen the ability of selected industries to organize and function as competitive clusters to overcome barriers for their industry in order to better compete in both regional and world markets. Increased cluster competitiveness should result in increased volumes and higher values for selected Ugandan exports.
