Listening to the Voice of the Customer (VOC) is a means by which Garrison Leadership and Service Providers capture suggestions, compliments and improvements of the Grafenwoehr Military Community (GMC).    It provides feedback and assists Leadership in the alignment of Garrison strategies with the needs of the GMC.

To ensure the Garrison is capturing and tracking customer and stakeholder issues the Plans Analysis and Integration (PAI) Office has developed the GMC Issues Tracker.   The GMC Issue Tracker will document each Community issue and their respective resolution.  The issue tracker will communicate to the community those concerns/issues that are presented in forums such as the Installation Planning Board (IPB), Army Family Action Program (AFAP), Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS), Community Huddle (CH) and others.  This will also serve as a archive and historical record of all Garrison issues and concerns.
