OFCCP - Tracking/Monitoring/Analyzing Personnel Activity Data, Milwaukee, WI.
The Milwaukee District Office will be hosting a compliance assistance seminar that will assist federal contractors on how to track, monitor and analyze applicant flow, hire, termination and promotion data by date, race, gender etc. Reviewing this data for adverse trends will also be discussed.
