Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 16 CFR Part 312, requires operators of websites directed to children under age 13, and operators that have actual knowledge of collecting or maintaining personal information from children under 13, to obtain verifiable consent from parents prior to the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 on our websites.
