COL Judy Ruiz (left) and COL Yolanda Ruiz-Isales (right) are credited with being the first identical twins to sit as active Army medical treatment facility commanders. Judy commands Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., MEDDAC while Yolanda commands the Army Aeromedical Center at Fort Rucker, Ala. Both are Army Nurse Corps officers.

"We are both passionate and equally committed to our Family and career," said Yolanda. "Judy for many years was the more social of the two. Now most would agree that I am more of an extrovert than she."
