This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites eligible small businesses to submit Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant applications. Small businesses that have the research capabilities and technological expertise to contribute to the research and development (R&D) mission(s) of the National Insitutes of Health (NIH), Center for Disease Control (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) are encouraged to apply for the grants in identified research areas.
