Summary: Outcome 1: Foreign-born victims of human trafficking receive high-quality and timely comprehensive services that permit them to improve their capacity to be self-sufficient and lead a safe life.

Output 1.1: 20 Foreign-born victims receive legal advice and counsel on the criminal system and immigration matters.
Output 1.2: 30 Foreign-born victims and their derivative family members receive legal representation.
Output 1.3: 20 Foreign-born victims receive intensive, clinical case management services.

Key Deliverables:
Number of clients served, broken down by the type of trafficking.
Number and types of services provided to clients, broken down by the type of service.
MOUs or contracts with community partners who provide client services.

Outcome 2: Service Providers’ Capacity and Inter-institutional Collaboration Increases, resulting in better identification and rescue of victims.

Output 2.1: 10 trainings will be provided to ensure Maryland stakeholders are aware of human trafficking issues and improve their capacity to identify and serve foreign national victims.
