The purpose of this task order is to establish the West African Global Competitiveness Hub in Accra, Ghana. The Hub is intended to reinforce regional efforts to enhance West Africa’s trade competitiveness, thereby permitting the region to take greater advantage of the increased trading opportunities provided through the Africa Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) and other global trade initiatives.
