Program Manager
The e-QIP Program Manager serves as the day-to-day point of contact for Initiators, Third Party Data Entry users, Reviewers, and Approvers.
If you are the Program Manager, you are responsible for monitoring agency requests to ensure they are being handled in a timely manner. You'll need to know how to manage request assignments, approve Golden Question resets for agency users, and cancel and un-cancel requests.
