Dd is 5, puked once after complaining about major stomach pain and attempting to poop for an hour with little result I thought she was constipated, so I gave her a stool softener, and half an hour later, that's when she puked. She's still complain about tummy pain and thought she was gonna puke, but is with she now in my bed. I, however, am the asshole mother hiding in my ds bed. He was awoken by the hubbub. My fear of illness and vomit is out of control. I have the shakes, my cheeks are burning and I took a Xanax. I hate myself and need help, but don't know where to start.
