            RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER

     This proceeding came on for consideration upon an Order of
Reference under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended (29 U.S.C.
§216(e)) and in accordance with 29 C.F.R. Part 579.  The
parties have submitted, pursuant to 29 C.F.R. Part 18.9 an executed
settlement agreement and consent findings fully disposing of this
proceeding.  The settlement agreement and consent findings appear
appropriate.  Accordingly,

     IT IS RECOMMENDED that the consent findings and settlement
agreement contained therein be adopted and approved by the
