ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   This proceeding arises under Section 16(e) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 216(e)) and the regulations issued pursuant thereto at 29 C.F.R. Parts 579 and 580.

   On March 10, 1999, the parties filed with this Office a Motion to Withdraw Child Labor Civil Money Penalties, attached hereto as JX 1. Complainant moves this Court to withdraw the notice of child labor civil money penalties in this matter, on the basis of additional information which has come to her attention. Respondent concurs in the motion, and agrees to continue to comply with the child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act in the future.

   Accordingly, the Motion is GRANTED, and this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
