     The parties in the above captioned case have filed Consent
Findings with this Office on May 28, 1996.  Review of the Consent
Findings shows that they are in compliance with 29 C.F.R. §
18.9 and that they fairly and adequately resolve all pending
issues for this matter.  Accordingly, the Consent Findings are
hereby APPROVED AND ADOPTED in their entirety.
