CIT Modifies Billing Periods Beginning with June Invoice

CIT has changed its invoices from a calendar-month basis to a billing basis. The new billing period covers activity from the 22nd day of the previous month to the 21st day of the current month. It will also move us into line with accounting practices more generally accepted across the government.

When Does This Change Take Effect?

Your June 2003 invoice covers only June 1 through June 21. The July invoice will cover June 22 through July 21. From then on, all invoices will cover data collected from the 22nd through the 21st.
