Master Planning and Real Property Division provides the means for effective and "orderly" sustainable facility design and installation development that support the mission, real property management, local community/installation land use zoning, privatization, base realignment, and cleanup and disposal of Army installation land and real property facilities.

Master Planning and Real Property Division is responsible for Military Construction programming and project management, siting approvals, facility and space utilization, real property accountability, excavation permits, and maps.  We work to transform the installation into a more orderly community able to support the Army’s mission at home and abroad.
