The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain technical services to help the Mission and its partners meet performance indicators to achieve IR 2.2. IR 2.2 will seek to continue increasing agricultural and product diversification, productivity and quality, and create linkages between producers in rural areas and relatively higher value processing and marketing enterprises in urban centers.
