About the AHRQ Technical Assistance Program for Health IT Grantees
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) provides technical assistance (TA) to grantees focused on health IT research. The TA helps grantees achieve their research and grant objectives and disseminate their findings to advance the field. AHRQ's TA program develops and provides a wide range of resources and tools for assisting grantees in completing their projects on-time and ensuring the timely sharing of new findings that can transform clinical practice.
Types of Technical Assistance Offered
AHRQ's TA Program resources include general TA provided through a series of multi-grantee meetings and workshops, communication between grantees through a TA-sponsored Listserv, pairing individual grantees with subject matter experts, and the dissemination of materials based on the Webinars.
Are the Resources Available to All AHRQ Health IT Grantees?
Yes. All current AHRQ Health IT Grantees are eligible to participate in the programs.
What will NOT be included in the AHRQ TA Health IT Grantees Program?
The program does not include the following types of assistance or resources:
- Assistance performing actual research
- Long-term technical assistance requests that extend over the course of months
- Computer system requests
