Description: In June, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Indian Minister of Human Resource Development Kapil Sibal held the U.S.-India Higher Education Dialogue.  Higher education and people-to-people connections more broadly are key to the strategic partnership the United States and India share.

Join a live webchat with our featured guests from the governments of the United States and India to discuss the issues addressed at this year’s Higher Education Dialogue and people-to-people ties between the two countries.  U.S. Under Secretary of State for Public Affairs and Public Diplomacy Tara Sonenshine and Ambassador of India to the U.S. Nirupama Rao will answer your questions, with moderation from Ambassador Robert Blake, U.S. Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs.

Format: This will be a live video webchat in English.  To participate, click on the URL above and sign in to the chat space below the video using one of the options provided.  While we will accept live questions via the virtual chat space, we encourage you to email your questions in advance to CO.NXTeam@gmail.com.
