Request Military Honors

Here are the steps necessary to request funeral honors:

• Contact the service for which the veteran served.
• Provide a written request for honors.
• Provide copies of the necessary documents showing military service.  See Eligibility page for details.
• Fax or email your request to the appropriate office.
