OGE complies with all statutorily mandated congressional reporting requirements and has reported the following to Congress:
Buy American Act – Agencies annually report on the amount of the agency acquisitions in that fiscal year of articles, materials, or supplies purchased from entities that manufacture the articles, materials, or supplies outside of the United States. 41 U.S.C. § 8302.
Federal Information Security Act – Agencies annually report on information security protections related to information collected or maintained and information systems used by the agency. 44 U.S.C. § 3544(c)(1).
