Contact the agency that posted the job opportunity announcement (JOA) to inquire about receipt of your application. To locate the agency contact information, go to "My Account" and view the job summary in your application history. The agency contact information is listed on the right hand side of the JOA as well as in the lower portion of the job announcement. You can also contact the human resources office of the hiring agency for additional assistance.
