I2MC Missions’ Summary

Emergency Dispatch: Four 12 hr shifts consisting of 4-6 dispatchers and one dispatch supervisor. The MP Dispatcher is the primary DCI operator.  Emergency Medical Dispatch Protocols V.12 are in effect. The I2MC equipment upgrade will be completed 4th Qtr FY11.
Monitor and Detection: Currently one monitor on each shift; primary responsibility to monitor alarms and CCTVs as well dispatch response to alert notifications.

Mass Notification Systems:   Supervisors are responsible for conducting monthly tests and daily operations.

Support Functions: Performed by Supervisors and IT personnel.
