For any emergency which require a Soldier in Training's attention please use the Red Cross System. Calling the Command Group will get you in contact with the Chain of Command overseeing 240 soldiers, not an individual soldier's Drill Sergeant. Keep in mind, we cannot disclose any medical information, whether you are a parent or spouse, due to privacy acts and regulations. Phone calls home are regulated to one phone call the first 48 hours and one on weekends once they complete red phase (end of week 3). Progression through phases depends on the soldiers' adaptation to the Army Standard. If the standards are not met, phase completion will not happen, and phone calls will be suspended. Calls home are privileges, not rights, utilize the postal service. We welcome you again.
