FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas – U.S. Army South Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion and the 56th Signal Battalion wanted to recognize Capt. Elizabeth Dumbar Reid’s many accomplishments on the eve of the 76th anniversary of her death.
