Code of Federal Regulationsยง 392.63Towing or pushing loaded buses.No disabled bus with passengers aboard shall be towed or pushed; nor shall any person use or permit to be used a bus with passengers aboard for the purpose of towing or pushing any disabled motor vehicle, except in such circumstances where the hazard to passengers would be increased by observance of the foregoing provisions of this section, and then only in traveling to the nearest point where the safety of the passengers is assured.[33 FR 19732, Dec. 25, 1968, as amended at 60 FR 38747, July 28, 1995]
