The 133rd Test Squadron is an Air Combat Command gained Air National Guard unit located in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The squadron began in 1948 as an Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron.  In the early 1990s when Air Combat Command was formed, the unit became an Air Control Squadron. In 2005, the unit was re-rolled into a Test Squadron maintaining the equipment and personnel of an ACS.

Purpose
The primary focus of the 133 TS is to provide an effective and sustainable war fighting Command and Control (C2) capability through the professional test and evaluation of the Control and Reporting Center to include the development of future system upgrades and modernization.

The 133rd's present day mission is a "one-of-a-kind" Test Squadron (2002-present) tasked with the mission of Operational and Development testing and evaluation of new and emerging Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance technologies.
