Pharmacy Refills
To use the automated telephone refill system, dial 910-907-7676 or 1-888-316-8639 and follow the menu prompts.
To use the internet refill system, click here and follow the menu prompts.
Routine refills are processed by phone or internet only. You may call the automated telephone refill system or use the Internet refill system to refill your prescriptions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be sure to have the last four of the sponsor’s social security number and prescription number on hand when using either of the refill systems.
Ordering Your Refills Via The Telephone
Call the telephone refill system at 1-888-316-8639 or (910) 907-7676.
Step 1 - Select the site where you want to pick-up your prescriptions.
- Press 1 for the Refill Distribution Center
- Press 3 for Robinson Health Clinic Pharmacy
- Press 5 for Clark Health Clinic Pharmacy
- Press 6 for Joel Health Clinic Pharmacy
- Press 7 for Troop and Family Medical Center Pharmacy
- Press 8 for Hope Mills Medical Home (for enrolled patients ONLY)
- Press 9 for Fayetteville Medical Home (for enrolled patients ONLY)
Step 2 - Press 1 for a refill
Step 3 - Enter the last four digits of your sponsor's social security number followed by the pound (#) key
Step 4 - Enter the numeric portion (only) of your presecription number (found in the upper left-hand corner on the prescription label) followed by the pound (#) key
Step 5 - Listen to the message verifying when you prescription will be ready. If you do not hear this portion of the recording, your attempt to refill your prescription by phone was not successful and you will need to start at Step 1 again.
Step 6 - Visit the pharmacy you selected during normal duty hours with the ID card of the patient to pick up your prescription(s).

Ordering Your Refills Via The Internet
Refills can be requested from the WAMC internet home page at the following address:
www.wamc.amedd.army.mil On the right side of the WAMC home page, select "Online refill"
Step 1 - Select the prescription option 'refill prescription;'
Step 2 - Please enter the last four digits of your sponsor's social security number
Step 3 - Enter only the numeric portion of your prescription number (found in the upper left-hand corner on the prescription label);
Step 4 - Select a refill prescription pick-up location
Step 5 - Submit your request!
