e-MILPO / PAS Office.
The mission of the Fort Bragg e-MILPO / PAS office is to manage installation personnel, accounting, strength reporting and the eMILPO database for data accuracy and accepted timelines within the Department of the Army standards. Act as a liaison between Human Resources Command (HRC) and installation units to address ongoing eMILPO issues, and provide possible solutions or feedback to the installation with technical and functional support.
Services Offered: eMILPO Training, eMILPO User Assistance, Installation eMILPO Operations, Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI), and Strength Accounting Reports.

Establishing an eMILPO Account and Training
You must have an AKO (Army Knowledge Online) account before you can establish your eMILPO account
or attending the eMILPO/Datastore training.
To request eMILPO access and training you will complete the following forms and fax to eMILPO at 910-432-9822:
- * Request for eMILPO / Datastore Training (Requires AKO log-in)
- * e-MILPO Access Request Form
Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI)
IAW e-MILPO Functional Guidance and * AR 600-8-6, Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting the AAA-162 (Unit Personnel Accounting Roster) is the source document for the Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI).
* DA Form 3986-R, Personnel Asset Inventory is used to document the PAI.
