The central filing system for the International Bureau (IB), MyIBFS, contains applications, supporting documents, pleadings, comments, public notices, Commission actions and final authorizations for services regulated by IB. Electronic filing is required for the majority of services, including:

- International Section 214 Authorizations
- Submarine Cable Landing Licenses
- Section 310(b) Petitions for Declaratory Ruling
- Signaling Point Codes
- Accounting Rate Changes
- Data Notification Identification Codes
- Foreign Carrier Affiliation Notifications
- Recognized Operating Agency filings
Two applications are filed manually, on paper. Basic information is available in MyIBFS on these filings:
- International High Frequency
- Section 325(c) (Permit to Deliver Programs to Foreign Broadcast Stations)
Pleadings and comments are filed through the Pleadings and Comments module.

Using an FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password obtained from the Commission Registration System (CORES), applicants enter MyIBFS via a secure log in to file applications and related documents, check status and pay application processing fees.
