Prep Matrix Video Series for HNN by Middle School Girl Scouts

Crocker Middle School Girl Scout Cadette Troop #31175 is devoting 18 months of their 7th and 8th grades to focus on a Silver Award project (similar to an Eagle Scout effort) focusing on emergency prep for seniors. They have developed a Prep Matrix Video Series aligned to each month of the Hillsborough Neighborhood Network (HNN)'s PREP Matrix. The PREP Matrix features simple, manageable tasks for each month of the year, aligned with HNN Info Sessions, community outreach and meetings. If you tackle a task per month, over the course of year, you will be better prepared. The first clip, emphasizes signing up for available alert systems and taking advantage of readily available info.
