Displaying Closed Captions on Windows Media Player:
Go to Tools >> Options >> Security and check the box for Show Local
Captions when Present - Then go to Play >> Captions and Subtitles and check On if Available.
Additional Captioning Instructions:Go to Options & Security to select to Show Captions when Present – Also had to go to “Play” – Scroll down to “Lyrics, Captions, and Subtitles – the Select “On if Available”
Displaying Closed Captions on ITunes:
Go to top menu Edit>>Preferences and select the playback icon.
In the bottom of that window select “Show closed captions when available”.
Displaying Closed Captioning with Real Player:
Click "Tools" on the Real Player menu bar.
2. Select "Preferences" from the Tools menu. The General preferences menu will appear.
Select "Content" from the category window. Near the bottom right is the "Accessibility" option.
Select the "Use supplemental text captioning when available" option.
Click "OK" and restart the clip by clicking "Stop" then "Play."
