This campaign, with efforts in Louisville, KY and Mason City, IA, takes the High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) model one step further, in targeting teens ages 15-20 and potential providers age 21+. The campaign is supported by television, radio, print, Facebook, online banners, and earned media.
