Chief Master Sergeant Scott A. Fuller is dual-hatted as the Command Chief Master Sergeant of both Air Force District of Washington and the 320th Air Expeditionary Wing, headquartered at Joint Base Andrews, Md. As the AFDW senior enlisted leader, Chief Fuller is responsible for all matters affecting professional development, wartime operations, sustainment training, career progression, effective utilization, morale, welfare, quality of life and mission effectiveness for more than 40,000 Airmen assigned to Headquarters Air Force and Air Force Elements worldwide.

Chief Fuller entered the Air Force in June 1985 as a Civil Engineer after graduating from high school in Moorhead, Minn. He immediately entered the Air Force, where he served as a Civil Engineer for 14 years at multiple locations before retraining to be a First Sergeant. He served in that capacity for nine years in a wide variety of units in the United States and overseas, to include instructing at the United States Air Force First Sergeant Academy. He has deployed in support of Operation's Desert Storm, Southern Watch, Northern Watch, Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn.

Prior to his current position, Chief Fuller was the 321st Air Expeditionary Wing Command Chief, Baghdad, Iraq. In this capacity, he served as the principle advisor to the commanding general on issues affecting all Air Force and coalition personnel assigned to seven separate locations throughout Iraq. Chief Fuller also served as the principle senior enlisted advisor to the Iraqi Air Force Commanding General and Chief Master Sergeant of the Iraqi Air Force on the professional growth and development of the Iraqi enlisted corps.
